Company & Role Overview
Our client is an award-winning pop culture brand licensed by many of the biggest film and video game studios in the world to create gifts and collectibles which are then sold to retailers globally.
They are looking for an eager kickstarter to join their team.
Main Responsibilities
- Reporting directly to the M.D, you would be responsible for undertaking administrative tasks, such as data inputting, dealing with customer and retail queries both over the phone and via email.
- There will also be research projects, focusing on both price and market trends as well as following administrative processes.
- The candidate will learn about all levels of the European gift trade, how to interact with all departments as well as the product development process.
Requirements
- Good communication skills are vital, as a small company every member of the team is important and clear communication is most important.
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills are also needed as retailer forms will need to be completed.
- Analytical skills are needed for research projects.
- Excellent organisational skills

Reporting directly to the head of product development, this varied role is an exciting opportunity to working with several global brands.
Main Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for uploading and keeping track of product submissions to some of the biggest entertainment brands on the planet. You will be tasked with liaising with the brands, understanding their feedback on product and communicating that to our development team.
- Uploading product submissions via brands on-line portals and maintaining spreadsheets that keep track of where each product is up to is also needed.
- There is potential for assisting the product development team with research tasks and social media projects.
Requirements
- Good communication skills are vital, as a small company every member of the team is important and clear communication is most important.
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills are also needed as retailer forms will need to be completed.
- Analytical skills are needed for research projects.
- A good telephone manner is also needed as they will be communicating with brands all over the world.
- Experience using Photoshop/Adobe Suite is desired
