We are a growing e-commerce business in need of a Copywriting Listing Coordinator who can connect with our client’s customer base through multiple channels.
 

Main Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating marketing materials, product descriptions that sell and direct email copy
• We work in a fast-paced market that occasionally requires irregular work hours and quick turnarounds, so flexibility is critical for success in this position
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and using data, from your own keyword research, to write compelling product sales copy
• This role also coordinates the coming together of images, video and product copy to be able to launch products effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in producing copy for sales platforms such as Amazon, Etsy and social media channels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Gsuite and video conference software.
• Exceptional skill with the nuances of product sales copy writing, including the use and understanding of product benefits and features.
• Solid understanding of SEO concepts preferred.
• The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, capable of having ideas and running with them to completion.
• We are looking for someone who is able to teach us as much as we can teach them.

The newly created role of Graphics Manager will be to design and manage images, videos and graphics for product listings.

Main Responsibilities

• The role will also involve image editing from product photography that we receive from the brand, so being proficient with Photoshop (or alternative) is essential. We’d love to see previous examples of your work.
• The Graphics Manager will also be responsible for saving the graphics in a consistent format and uploading them to a shared drive.
• Communication with our copywriter and listing coordinator will be necessary to complete some tasks. The Graphics Manager will also be responsible for the uploading of the images to the relevant ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc.
• The role will also include designing graphics for social media and websites.
• This role will be a work from home role. It would be advantageous if you already have your own hardware to work with. Our business is 100% online, therefore it will be easy to link in with your own computer etc. 

Requirements

• Experience in the following software is desirable but not essential: Canva, Quark, Google Drive, Gmail, Zoom (or alternative). Other experience with graphic software will also be considered.
• Ideally the right person would have an interest in photography and be able to edit videos, producing completed short movies (30-60 seconds) with text and graphics included.
• Website design or experience with Shopify would also be a distinct advantage.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can enhance our clients’ brands and drive sales traffic to our existing online platforms such as Amazon. 

Main Responsibilities

• Working closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals. These could be in the form of advertising, competitions, product giveaways, influencer engagement, sales funnels, and the use of chat bots.
• Development of monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management teams and clients
• Monitor client’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
• Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews.
• Analyse the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
• Develop databases of customers and potential customers based on social media engagement and then use the database to market to.

• Candidate must be Organised with knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Preferably with a keen interest in Production or videography
• Some background knowledge of the film industry
• Good communication skills
