Our Story
It started with a group of friends in 2015.
Fresh out of university, ambitious and ready to begin their careers, but quickly faced with the reality of how difficult it was to break into the job market.
Applications went unanswered, opportunities felt out of reach, and potential was often overlooked in favour of experience.
They weren’t alone.
Many of their peers were facing the same challenge.
So instead of accepting it, they decided to change it.
They came together to create a better pathway for graduates, building a bridge between emerging talent and employers who value potential.
That’s how The Graduate Project was born.
