COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan

  • April 23, 2020

Dear Clients and Candidates,

With the worldwide spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus, we want to reaffirm that the health and safety of our employees, clients, and partners is our top priority. We are actively monitoring the situation in all regions of the world, and we have put in place a series of measures to help ensure the safety of our employees, the continuity of our business, and support for our customers during this time.

The Graduate Project is a UK based company with employees set up with robust procedures and systems to work remotely and in our normal offices. When we recruit, all our employees are equipped to seamlessly connect with colleagues and clients, regardless of location and we will continue to introduce candidates effectively without endangering health. All of our employees - regardless of department - will be able to work productively from their homes for an indefinite period of time in the case of individual or regionally-mandated quarantine.

Support Availability for Customers

Support operations at The Graduate Project will not be affected by remote working. The technology we use gives us leverage to run our Support operations outside the office. All our consultants have been given company laptops and mobile phones so that everyone is contactable and calls will be directed to your preferred consultant. Our working hours will not change and we will continue to support the growth of our clients during this tough time.

Employee Safety

We have instituted policies to minimize employee exposure to the disease and to maximize remote flexibility in order to safeguard our employees’ and customers’ best interests. In addition to following all recommendations provided by the WHO for Disease Control, The Graduate Project has also rolled out numerous internal recommendations for its employees, including a work-from-home policy and increased sanitation measures.

We are confident in our ability to navigate through the challenges ahead. We will be closely monitoring developments and will aim to act nimbly and in the best interest of customers and employees at all times. If you have further questions, please reach out to your account manager or email recruitment@thegraduateproject.co.uk.

On behalf of everyone at The Graduate Project, we truly hope that all of you, your coworkers, and your families keep healthy through this difficult time.
