Client is a multi-award winning CQC Registered Medical Clinic and has a great reputation for the great care and luxury experience we give to our patients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organising and overseeing the day-to-day activities of the clinic
  • Communicating with clients about their treatments
  • Offering advice for aftercare
  • Make sure that medical equipment is properly cleaned and sterilized
  • General administrative tasks
  • Greeting clients, ensuring they feel welcome and deal with their enquiry in a professional way
  • To ensure all clinic safety procedures are adhered to
  • To manage daily accounting in accordance with company procedures
  • To generate clinic enquiries and meet sales targets

Requirements

  • Highly Motivated and results driven
  • High levels of customer service
  • Passion for skincare and aesthetics would be helpful
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred
  • Ability to enter Data accurately, record keeping, ability to use Word, Excel, Email, Internet, and in house systems.

Important Requirements - Kickstart Scheme

  • Be between the age of 16 - 24
  • Must currently be on universal credit
