Our Clients is a well-respected established dental practice looking to take on new staff in several positions. As a customer service representative you will be the first point of contact for the company representing the brand and establishing relationships with customers
- The role involves resolving customer and client issues in using our mobile dental app.
- Candidate will work closely with software engineers to relay feedback from customers using the app.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
- Suggest tweaks or changes to app performance that will improve customer experience.
- Work with customers to fix issues.
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Effective communication and customer care
- Ability to work well in a team
