Our Clients is a well-respected established dental practice looking to take on new staff in several positions. As a customer service representative you will be the first point of contact for the company representing the brand and establishing relationships with customers

Main Responsibilities

  • The role involves resolving customer and client issues in using our mobile dental app.
  • Candidate will work closely with software engineers to relay feedback from customers using the app.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels.
  • Suggest tweaks or changes to app performance that will improve customer experience.
  • Work with customers to fix issues.
