Our client is looking for two driven and ambitious Field Sales Representatives to join their growing team. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for creating your own sales pipeline, exceeding targets, and generating significant revenue for the company. You will be the face of our client’s cutting-edge solutions to a wide array of businesses.

What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads, identifying potential customers for our services through active cold-calling.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings.
  • Deliver impactful meetings that showcase the value we offer.
  • Negotiate and close deals, exceeding your assigned sales targets.
  • Act on sales inquiries, promptly converting them into paying customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within your territory.
  • Initiate business opportunities by making calls and assessing potential safety hazards at prospective client locations.
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships and regular follow-ups to ensure loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal teams to promptly address and resolve any account issues.
Requirements –
  • UK driving license
  • Experience of working in a sales environment for 1+ years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A desire to achieve targets through sales and generate strong relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft, database management, and  online CRM platforms
  • Skilled in handling customer inquiries, pursuing leads, and conducting in-person meetings with potential clients

  • £25K salary for entry level / 30K for experience

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
    • A proactive attitude and a desire to support the team in delivering excellent client service.
