Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategic fundraising plans to meet annual income targets.
- Lead and coordinate fundraising events, ensuring they are well-promoted, compliant, and effectively managed.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors and local businesses to drive engagement and support.
- Manage a small team of fundraisers and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Requirements
- 5 years proven experience in a similar fundraising role, with a strong track record of achieving income targets.
- Cert IoF (Institute of Fundraising)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a wide range of supporters.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple events and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in managing a team and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for charity work and community engagement.

A leading UK charity is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Fundraiser to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to driving forward the charity's mission by securing vital trust funding that supports transformative programs. The successful candidate will play a key part in identifying new opportunities for funding, crafting persuasive grant applications, and building strong relationships with donors.Main Responsibilities
- Proactively research and identify new trust opportunities to support the charity's services (up to 40K).
- Develop compelling funding applications in collaboration with Service Teams.
- Income generate for grants worth 15-40K
