Our client is a global educational body looking for a Kickstarter to join their team!

Main Responsibilities

  • To support the quality and compliance department with general administrative duties and to aid the provision of a professional proactive and effective service to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • To provide support to the Quality and Compliance department to ensure arrangements for meeting regulatory obligations are in accordance with the conditions issued by the relevant regulator, Ofqual 
  • Supporting in the maintenance of policies and processes across the business ensuring regulatory compliance and quality are fully embedded, 
  • Uploading assessments to Turnitin for checking
  • Sending communications to top-up students as part of investigations
  • Positive and supportive wherever appropriate, communicate with all managers and staff at NCC

Requirements

  • Candidate must be Self-motivated and enthusiastic with Strong administration skills and attention to detail 
  • Candidate will have the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment across different time zones. Build and develop respectful relationships through effective teamwork as well as the ability to work well under pressure. 
  • Candidate will have Strong and effective oral, written and communication skills in English, Highly developed interpersonal skills in a multicultural and multinational environment to converse effectively with senior decision makers and key influencers across a range of departments with ease, a high level of organisational and time management skills and confident presentation skills.
  • Candidate must be qualified to A-Level or Equivalent. 
  • Experience of working in an office environment providing administrative support would be desirable as would Knowledge of international education markets experience of working in the education industry.
