As a Graduate Delivery Consultant, you will:
  • Search for top tier candidates across a range of sectors such as Sales, Marketing, Education and Healthcare etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
  • Use various channels to look for candidates such as LinkedIn, Reed, Jobsites & more!
  • Screen and assess candidates through phone and video calls.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment consultants to understand client requirements.

    Our client is currently in the market for Sales & Customer Support Advisor to come and join their busy team! The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to queries from customers, ensuring information is relayed correctly and following up with clinicians regarding consultations.

    Responsibilities

    • Reply to all incoming enquiries through the internet, follow up via email, Call and SMS.
    • Receive incoming calls generated by various marketing sources, and determine the caller's level of interest
