Role overview

Our client is currently in the market for Sales & Customer Support Advisor to come and join their busy team! The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to queries from customers, ensuring information is relayed correctly and following up with clinicians regarding consultations.

Responsibilities

  • Reply to all incoming enquiries through the internet, follow up via email, Call and SMS.
  • Receive incoming calls generated by various marketing sources, and determine the caller's level of interest
  • Give information on our procedures and answer any questions
  • Encourage the caller to book a consultation with surgeons
  • Follow up requests for information to ensure information has been received and try to book a consultation
  • Update call log spreadsheet daily with all enquiries
  • To ensure clinic lists are fully utilised to maximum capacity.
  • To download clinic lists from system and circulate as per protocol.
  • Once patient is on list to maintain contact and ensure full knowledge is relayed at all times.
  • To make contact call to patient as soon as appointment is made.
  • To establish relationships with patients.
  • To swiftly action the information received from the call centre via e mails regarding patients and leads.
