  • Pre-screening candidates by phone or face-to-face.
  • Setting up interviews.
  • Preparing candidates for interviews.
  • Getting interview feedback.
  • Negotiating terms of contract.
  • Closing deals.
  • Handling any objections.
  • Developing client relationships.
  • Winning new clients by cold calling.
