Our client is a successful business solutions organisation that are searching for an efficient and experiences project manager to join their team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Acquiring all warranties, guarantees and documentation required for the project
  • Planning applications and discharge of conditions
  • Ability to identify resources and assign responsibilities
  • Work directly with clientele, developers, and designers to identify the deliverables of the project
  • Produce regular project reports both externally and internally
  • Appointing and co-ordinating multidisciplinary design teams
  • Ensuring that project documents are completed, up to date and appropriately stored
  • Work directly with commercial teams to manage all cost and payment elements of the project
  • Producing risk mitigation strategies to assess and resolve project risks
  • Project programme implementation - designed to meet objectives within an agreed time frame, including procurement and build

Requirements

  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in project management (construction / planning) or qualified experience with examples of prior successful projects, either as lead project manager or assistant project manager

  • Alternatively, an organised individual from an Admin background who is looking to build an extensive skillset and broaden their range outside to become a PM within the Property and Construction space

  • Excellent communication ability – articulate and strong both verbally and written when liaising with both clientele and consultants

  • Be both and independent and collaborative worker who is self-motivated, with an exemplary positive attitude and integrity

  • Strong leadership qualities, ability to delegate efficiently whilst also having great empathy for others

  • Flexibility, ability to travel between sites and head office as and when required

    Responsibilities –
    • Get ready for and participate in client meetings as needed, making thorough written records and handling any administrative or technical tasks afterward
    • Address intricate and technical client inquiries under the guidance of the Private Client Director
    • Maintain precise client records in internal systems (iO and Volume), encompassing all written and electronic correspondence with clients and providers, as well as meeting notes
    • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally
    • Adhere to risk profiling protocols, documenting risk profile scores in iO and saving profiles to the DMS


    Requirements –

    • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the independent sector of the financial services industry, specifically in a pertinent administrative capacity with direct engagement with high-net-worth clients
    • Demonstrate outstanding IT aptitude and written communication abilities, displaying expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office suites
    • Proficiency in Excel would be beneficial
    • Possession of relevant industry qualifications, preferably including at least one R0 exam, would be highly advantageous
