Our client is a leading firm based in the City of London who are looking for a bright and committed self-starter to manage all aspects of their press.


Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the Press Office and be responsible for functions, including distribution lists and media responses.
  • Communicate the brand through both creating content, including writing exceptional press releases and requesting assets for campaigns.
  • Monitor and research the media to identify opportunities.
  • Oversee all PR strategies and create a strategy for media relations.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure that online content is executed in the style and tone of the brand.
  • Be involved in preparing and delivering press events



  • Experience in a Press Officer role is ideal
  • Experienced in producing and executing media coverage and successfully managing media relations by forming strong relationships with third parties
  • Thorough knowledge of media channels
  • Able to effectively communicate in an influential and impactful way, both written and orally.
  • Previous experience with PR software
  • Both in-house and agency media relations experience is desirable, but not essential.
