Role overview

Our client is currently in the market for Marketing and Social Media Assistant to come and join their busy team! As a Marketing and Social Media Assistant, you will be accountable for overseeing and executing the marketing and social media marketing demands for both our client and our client Marketing. You will cooperate closely with the marketing squad to contrive and implement marketing policies that harmonize with the company's vision and goals. You will also support customer work for our client.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and social media marketing plans for both our client and our clients Marketing.
  • Perform market investigation and analysis to detect trends and openings
  • Support customer assignments for Marketing
  • Cooperate with the marketing crew to create and implement aimed campaigns
  • Assess and report on the achievement of marketing and social media marketing initiatives
  • Manage and synchronize all marketing operations, encompassing advertising, social media, electronic mail marketing, gatherings, and PR
  • Construct and handle a content schedule for all marketing platforms, guaranteeing content is captivating, instructive, and in line with the company's brand tone and messaging
  • Stay current on industry fashions, advancements, and prime practices, and actively seek out new prospects to enhance the company's marketing endeavours
  • Contribute to the development of the company's inclusive marketing tactic and vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, social media, communication, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in marketing and social media marketing (Not essential as looking for a grad) 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with email marketing and campaign management tools
