Company & Role Overview 

Our client is an exciting technology startup that is looking for Kickstarters to join their growing team.
They require a front-end software developer to help deliver their digital product to market. In joining this team, the candidate will significantly advance their skills in digital marketing, particularly in the areas of Content Creation and Advertising. Our marketing advisor regularly teaches digital marketing, and has over 8 years experience in this field. The successful candidate will also be exposed to other key areas of growing an early-stage startup such as business strategy, product design and fundraising. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of inbound marketing, working with the BizNest marketing funnel to develop lead magnet campaigns as part of the overarching content strategy
  • Produce and maintain a content calendar
  • Plan and create aesthetically pleasing visuals/videos using software like Adobe or Canva to engage with audiences across multiple channels
  • Responsible for planning, creating and implementing paid campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram, as well as Google Ads
  • A/B testing and conversion tracking
    Monitor, report and optimise the campaigns to ensure the budget isn’t being wasted and the adverts remain active and highly relevant

Requirements

  • Good eye for detail
    An understanding of how colours, shapes and images/video work together
    Ideally a good understanding of the Adobe CC or similar, online tools like Canva
    An understanding of social media management
