  • Creating, testing, and analysing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot and Moveable Ink.
  • Supporting email design, deployment, and performance tracking in collaboration with the email marketing team.
  • Managing data for customer relationship management (CRM), including cleaning, organising, and reporting.
  • Assisting during CRM migrations, ensuring accurate data and smooth transitions.
