Role overview

Our client is currently in the market for a Special Projects Assistant to come and join their busy team! The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and CA, providing support on a wide range of projects and tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and executing special projects from inception through completion.
  • Review and analyse documents and contracts, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
  • Provide thoughtful insights and perspectives to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Ensure tasks and projects are completed accurately and within set timelines.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and provide data analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision making.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate from a reputable university in the UK.
  • Degree in Law, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or equivalent.
  • Possess a “make things happen” mindset along with strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, handle tasks efficiently and see projects through to completion.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bring analytical and data driven thinking to your work and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
