The candidate will work with a lot of confidential data and information and will work with the Line Manager to perform administrative duties such as maintaining records, files, and data electronically to enable the business to flourish whilst maintaining data and information requirements.
Main responsibilities
- Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
- Validate and compartmentalize the product type
- Extract data from the documents received from the clients
- Insert data into the substantial table formula
- Raise tasks and update the CRM system
- Flag any potential errors or disruptive patterns caused
- Other Ad-Hoc tasks as and when required
Requirements
- Ideally intermediate/advanced understanding of Excel and other Microsoft 365 packages (Outlook, Word etc.)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Computer literate
