Role Overview
Are you ready to step into a vital role in a dynamic organisation? We are searching for a meticulous and proactive Finance Officer to manage and streamline financial operations across multiple entities.Responsibilities
- Handle payments, invoices, donations, and staff expenses with precision.
- Provide insightful financial advice to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing consolidated accounts and audit documents.
- Collaborate with international bookkeepers to ensure smooth operations.
- Play a key role in implementing and enhancing financial systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in finance or accounting, ideally within charities or international finance.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SORP principles.
- Proficiency in multi-currency transactions and accounting tools like Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with Continia or similar, and familiarity with Raiser's Edge or Power-BI is a plus.
- An accountancy qualification (e.g., AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA).
- Desirable but Not Essential: Proficiency in German, Spanish, French, or Italian – let us know your language skills!
