Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Handle payments, invoices, donations, and staff expenses with precision.
  • Provide insightful financial advice to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing consolidated accounts and audit documents.
  • Collaborate with international bookkeepers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Play a key role in implementing and enhancing financial systems and procedures.
 

Requirements 

  • Experience in finance or accounting, ideally within charities or international finance.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SORP principles.
  • Proficiency in multi-currency transactions and accounting tools like Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience with Continia or similar, and familiarity with Raiser's Edge or Power-BI is a plus.
  • An accountancy qualification (e.g., AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CIPFA).
  • Desirable but Not Essential: Proficiency in German, Spanish, French, or Italian – let us know your language skills!
