Job Description

The position is centred around providing support in the office for the outsourced team and the cloud team manager. The potential career path for the selected candidate involves advancing from Cloud Bookkeeper to a Cloud Client Manager.
 

Main responsibilities –
  • Conducting bank reconciliations
  • Generating sales and purchase invoices
  • Running reports to monitor task progress related to VAT returns, OSS returns, YE accounts, and bookkeeping deadlines
  • Optimize the efficiency of bookkeeping tasks using the efficiency checklist and implementing required enhancements
  • Coordinate with PA's for the scheduling of year-end accounts when they are prepared


Requirements –

  • Accredited by AAT or possess equivalent qualifications through experience
  • Background in professional practice
  • Profound comprehension of accounting and tax principles
  • Xero certification coupled with expertise in preparing VAT returns
